How the bill settles

بل کیسے طے ہوتا ہے

We are a sourcing and delivery service, not a shop. We hold no stock and we do not set the market rate — so we do not know what your order costs until we have gone out and found it.

1

You place the order

The total you see is built from what each item last cost us, plus our delivery and service charge. It is an estimate, and we say so on every screen it appears on.

2

We ask several shops at once

Your whole list goes to a panel of shops in your area. They tell us what they have and what it costs today. This takes about twenty minutes and you can watch it happen.

3

We know the real cost before anything is bought

This is the part that matters. Because prices are settled before the rider leaves, nobody is ever standing at your door with goods you did not agree to.

4

If the total moved, we ask

More than 15% or Rs 500 above the estimate — whichever is smaller — and the order pauses until you say yes. You see every changed line, old figure and new. Cancelling at that point is free, because nothing has been spent.

5

You pay what it actually cost

Higher than the estimate: you pay the difference at the door. Lower: the difference goes into your wallet, or we hand it back in cash if you ask. Something we could not find: you are not charged for it at all.

Two things we will not do

We do not mark goods up. If the shop’s invoice says Rs 1,250, your bill says Rs 1,250. Everything we earn is in the service charge, named on its own line, so you can see exactly what you are paying us for. The invoices are attached to your order.

We do not move our own charges. Delivery and the service charge are fixed the moment you order and are identical on the final bill. Only the goods can change, because only the goods are outside our control.
