At Your Doorsteps is a delivery service in Rawalpindi and Lahore. This page says exactly what we hold about you, why we need it, and how to make us delete it.
Last updated 12 September 2026.
What we collect
- Your mobile number. It is how you sign in and how the rider reaches you. There is no password on this app.
- Your name, so the rider knows who to ask for at the gate.
- A second number, and whether either is on WhatsApp, if you give them. Used only to reach you about an order you placed.
- Your delivery address — house and street number, sector, block, landmark, society and city — and, if you set one, a map pin.
- A profile photo, if you add one. Optional, and stored with your account only.
- Your orders: what you asked for, what it cost, when it arrived, and any wallet balance owed back to you.
- A photo of your doctor's prescription, when you order medicine. We do not give medicine without one. You take the photo or choose it from your gallery; it is attached to that order and used only to check that the prescription covers what you ordered.
- Your cart and your saved items, so a basket survives closing the app and a shelf you come back to is still there.
What we do not collect
- No payment card details. Orders are settled at the door.
- No password, because the app does not use one.
- No advertising identifiers, and no third-party advertising or analytics SDK.
- No location in the background. The app asks for your location only while you are placing a pin on the map, and only if you tap that button.
Who sees it
Our own team, to source and deliver your order. The rider carrying it is shown your name, your address and your number, because that is the delivery. A shopkeeper we buy from is told what to supply, never who it is for.
A prescription photo is seen only by you and the people in our office who check prescriptions — not by riders, not by our field team, and not by the pharmacy we buy from.
Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising. Google Maps draws the map when you set a pin, which means your browser fetches it from Google — their privacy policy covers that request.
How long we keep it
Your account and addresses for as long as the account exists. Order records are kept afterwards as the record of a transaction, with your name and address removed — see below. Prescription photos are deleted outright when you delete your account.
Deleting your account
You can do it yourself in Account, then Delete my account, or by writing to us. What is removed and what remains is set out on the account deletion page.
Children
The app is meant for adults ordering groceries and household services. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
